MIL made our turkey so we got a small plate of leftovers, not a whole carcass. I like turkey meat ok, but NOT turkey soup. Blech.

BTW - how intriguing that your hubbie grew up in Louisiana…One of our classmates is half-Lebanese and half-Jewish, Lebanese-American mother from Louisiana…
